About the Leadership
BuildersPass is led by a team with deep expertise across construction, project finance, LIHTC tax credit analysis, IRS representation, and federal compliance. With over 20 years of combined experience on both sides of government-funded and private commercial construction deals, the team understands firsthand how difficult it can be for compliant subcontractors to prove their credentials to developers. BuildersPass is the answer to that gap.
