Luz Whitaker, EA — Licensed Real Estate Broker
Luz Whitaker brings 15+ years of construction finance, LIHTC tax credit analysis, and IRS representation to BuildersPass. As both an IRS Enrolled Agent and licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, she has worked on both sides of government-funded construction deals — and saw firsthand how difficult it was for compliant subcontractors to prove their credentials to developers. BuildersPass is her answer to that gap.
