• Usage data via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (with consent).
• IP address at time of agreement for legal records.

• To verify your credentials and maintain your verified profile.
• To send membership, renewal, and credential expiration notifications.
• To display your profile in the BuildersPass directory.
• To improve platform features and user experience.

3. Information Sharing

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• Your public profile (name, trade, state, tier, verified credentials) is visible to anyone who visits BuildersPass.com/member/[your ID] or scans your QR code.
• We share credential documents with our verification team only.
• We share payment information with Stripe for processing only.

4. Data Retention

• Active member data is retained for the duration of membership plus 3 years.
• Lapsed member credential history is retained for 90 days then archived.
• You may request deletion of your data by emailing admin@builderspass.com.

5. Your Rights

• You may update your profile information at any time in your dashboard.
• You may request a copy of your data by emailing admin@builderspass.com.
• You may opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Transactional emails (renewals, credential alerts) cannot be opted out of while membership is active.

6. Security

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant).
• We do not store credit card numbers or full SSNs.
