The 4-step process
Step 1 — Apply
Day 0Submit company info, trades, states served, license, EIN, and insurance documents.
Step 2 — Document Review
Days 1–3Our compliance team verifies your contractor license, COI, workers comp, and bonding.
Step 3 — Public Records Cross-Check
Days 3–5SAM.gov status, state license lookup, and federal debarment list checked. Davis-Bacon compliance experience is self-reported and noted on the profile.
Step 4 — Badge Issued
Days 5–7Verified badge appears on your public profile with a permanent verification certificate URL.
